Extracts the slskd API client into slskd_client.py so wishlist.py and the
new mubot.py share one implementation. mubot.py runs a Telegram bot that
accepts search queries from authorized users only, downloads the first
folder containing mp3/m4a, zips it, and replies with the zip.
