Delete branch "remove-ljheading-emit"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Parsers no longer synthesize an ljheading copy of the title. ###LJ still parses and composes if added manually; LJ export falls back to ### without it. The date-from-title scan now copies a heading into a date element instead of retyping it (previously the ljheading copy absorbed that conversion).
